Reputation is one of the most valuable assets of any organization. It is not built overnight: it is cultivated with consistency, transparency, and proper management of relationships with key publics.

My work consists of strengthening and protecting the brand image, creating lasting trust bonds with the different stakeholder groups surrounding each organization: customers, media, institutions, collaborators, and society at large.

How do I do it?

 • We build lasting bonds between the brand and its stakeholders, identify and promote business opportunities. We foster institutional relationships within the community and areas of influence.

• We design and execute the brand’s strategic communication plan both offline and digitally (Social Networks)

• We manage reputational risks and image crises. Designing argumentation and crisis communication plans.

Training in Communication Skills

Training for spokespersons, executive teams, and professionals in general to gain confidence and influence in situations such as: Meetings, statements, press conferences, presentations.
